Post Natal Personal Training
My 1-to-1 post natal personal training is the perfect way to see great results with a plan that is tailored to you. You don’t need to be worried about exercise suitability as I hold modern and advanced qualifications for post natal exercise prescription and have a vast amount of experience.
Like I said, the plan will be tailored to you and the needs of your post natal body. Without trying to scare you, there are lots of exercises and exercise classes out there that can cause you much more harm than good, e.g. prolapse which may mean surgery is necessary. With my training sessions I aim to help you see the results you want whilst preparing your body for more challenging exercise in the future.
My 1-to-1 post natal training sessions are for new mums who want to ensure their body repairs itself in the best way and quickest way possible. It would be particularly important to new mums who suffer with diastasis recti (tummy gap), aches and pains around their pelvis and lower back, upper back and neck pain and knee pain.
Training with me will inevitably result in losing your baby weight and getting stronger. Our exercise sessions will take place in my studio on Little London Road in Sheffield or if you live nearby I can also come to your home and train you there.
Post Natal Small Group Training
This small group post natal training, with a maximum of 8 women, offers you the opportunity to join other like minded mums who have similar goals to you.
Each exercise session is carefully planned by myself, George, to ensure you are getting involved in post natal safe exercises whilst getting a great workout. The sessions are fun and you don’t need to think about whether or not you are doing the right thing as I guarantee that you will see the results you want; whether that is losing your baby weight, fixing your posture to remove any aches and pains or that you want to feel ready to get back to your old exercise routine.
As well as the sessions themselves members will have access to a members only Facebook group where you will receive helpful tips and advice. If you want to work on any aspect of the exercise sessions at home, members get a guide book with homework exercises and stretches with links to trainer videos so you know what you are doing is right. You will also receive diet advice that will help you achieve your goals faster.
