Personal Weight Loss Training
My 1-to-1 personal weight loss training is the perfect way to see great results with a plan that is tailored to you. You don’t need to be worried about the exercise being too hard or that you will have to go on a radical diet.
Like I said, the plan will be tailored to you and, no matter whether your fitness level is 1 or 10, you will be able to get involved in all the exercises which I promise I will make fun. You will no longer need to wonder whether to go on a run, join a gym or follow a workout video to lose weight as I will tell you exactly what you need to do and I guarantee you will lose weight.
I will advise you on what you can be eating to help with your weight loss. There will be no diet talk as, put simply, diets do not work! I want to show you that small changes in what you are consuming and when you are eating can have a huge impact on your waistline.
You may want to fit into a smaller dress size, look great in photos, feel confident at an occasion or want to lose weight for your health. I am here to help.
Our exercise sessions will take place in my studio on Little London Road in Sheffield or if you live nearby I can also come to your home and train you there.
Group Personal Weight Loss Training
This group personal weight loss training, with a maximum of 12 women, offers you the opportunity to join other like minded women who have exactly the same goals as you – to lose weight and feel fitter and more confident that they look great.
Each exercise session is carefully planned by myself, George, to guarantee that you will not only burn fat during the session but afterwards as well. The sessions are fun and you don’t need to think about whether or not you are doing the right thing as I guarantee that you will lose weight.
It doesn’t stop at the training sessions as you will be given homework that doesn’t require anything that you don’t already have at home. You will be added to the members only Facebook group where you will receive helpful tips and advice. And you will get a 2 week nutrition plan to kick start your weight loss. This isn’t a diet and you aren’t going to be replacing meals with shakes that taste awful. It’s just real good food.
